It cannot be used on any product on allocation or long lead time with limited availability due to market conditions. These products are clearly flagged with a yellow ‘Market demand’ message on the product overview section of the product details page.
We reserve the right at any time to withdraw or amend the Terms or extend the period of this Promotion as necessary due to internal commercial reasons or due to legal requirements. We will not be liable for any such withdrawal or change to the Terms.
Participants agree to be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or other charges payable in relation to the Promotion. All qualifying Spend amounts exclude VAT or other applicable indirect taxes which must be settled separately.
